About Meditation
It’s so important to take some ‘me time’ and to have a moment, detach from our daily life and stresses to simply be still, to conciously stop and focus on the silence within. Natasha believes that, “When we take time to stop and meditate, we allow ourselves to re-connect with our souls, our inner voice; to God and the Universe. This increases our natural intuition and focus in our daily life.”
Quieten the mind and the soul can speak.
Regular meditation can bring you more benefits than you could ever imagine: physically, mentally and emotionally.
The true definition of ‘meditation’ is to engage in contemplation or reflection, the practice of thinking deeply in silence.
How regularly do you spend time in silence away from the constant stimulation of work, family, 24 hour news, social media and the background noise from music or the TV? Our minds have to process at least 40,000 thoughts every day. Medical practioners now acknowledge that negative emotions and stresses directly impact our physical and mental health; we would all benefit from regular meditation and more inner peace to help improve our physical and emotional well-being.
