Here is some useful information about the meditation group:
We always start our session with some light physical excercises and some breathing techniques to relax the mind and prepare the body for the meditation. There will be two guided meditations and no need to bring any mats with you as we are seated for these meditations.
The groups was first started in November 2021 by Natasha Lade in Platt, Sevenaoks. The group in Leybourne Chase started in October 2024. It is a very relaxed and informal setting, there is no need to pay in advance.
Twin Hearts Meditation was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, the Founder of Pranic Healing. It is a powerful meditation which helps to improve physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The Prayer of St. Frances of Assisi is used to bring peace and love down during the meditation to heal negative emotions and stress.
The meditations are suitable for anyone, if you don’t have any experience of meditating or if you have practised meditation regularly. It is a great opportunity to give your emotional and energy body a good cleanse to remove unwanted and negative stresses and emotions.
Natasha now regularly offers manifestation sessions after the usual meditation on Wednesday mornings that have helped people to being about positive improvements in all areas of their lives.
The meditation group is held at Leybourne Chase Community Centre every 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month starting at 10:00am.

Learn how our thoughts, words and emotions are all energy and how they can impact others and ourselves. You will be given guidance on how to recognise negative thought patterns and easy techniques to become more positive as well as ‘energy hygiene’ tips to help improve your health, mental well-being, happiness and relationships.
You will learn simple techniques to show you how to see and feel energy as well as methods that will help you to improve your energy hygiene and create a positive shift in all areas of your life.
Once you have made payment for the session you will receive an email to arrange a date for your appointment either on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Sessions are non-refundable but you are able to change to a different session if you let us know more than 24 hours in advance.
A session will take approximately 1 hour.
